For the majority of the last half-year, we’ve been busy renovating a stunning residence in Scottsdale, AZ, from floor to ceiling. This home underwent a comprehensive remodel, encompassing various upgrades such as new flooring, new energy efficient windows and doors, complete renovations of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and interior/exterior amenities. Structural changes included both building and removing walls, alongside the installation of new HVAC systems. The integration of ‘smart home’ technology was implemented throughout, alongside fresh paint, upgraded fixtures, and the installation of top-of-the-line appliances, cabinetry, and flooring. Furthermore, closets were reimagined to optimize organization and maximize usable space. As a result of these renovations, the residence has been transformed into a stunning showcase, perfect for entertaining guests and embracing Arizona’s diverse seasons year-round.
The newly designed kitchen is a striking focal point, featuring dual waterfall edges on the island and a massive slab of stone that exemplifies the sleek design principles we adore.. The exceptionally tall cabinets provide ample storage space for various tableware, serving dishes, and cookware, catering to the needs of this home specifically designed for hosting events and gatherings. The built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, warming oven, and 36″ wide range seamlessly blend into the sleek lines of the design, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The master bathroom underwent a complete redesign, making the most of its generous space. Glass and porcelain accents highlight the expansive soaking tub, dual vanities, and sizable curb-less walk-in shower. Premium finishes abound, from the high-end cabinetry to the carefully curated lighting and the Bluetooth speaker-enabled exhaust fan. The oversized walk-in closet provides ample room for a substantial wardrobe. Additionally, a makeup vanity was incorporated into the hallway leading to the bathroom.
