Ryan Morrissey


Ryan has been in construction for over 25 years. He worked on commercial and residential projects before founding RPM Builders, INC in 2009. With an attention to detail, craftsmanship and integrity, RPM has built on over 15 years of success across both sectors. Ryan’s natural ability to provide quality workmanship, value engineering for projects and honesty with the owners has built a network of trusted clients including commercial landowners, multi-unit facilities, shopping centers, and office plazas. Ryan’s loyalty to his staff has resulted in a strong, skilled team and sub-contractor base with a shared vision of success in the industry. Ryan works laterally with his team, subs, clients, and vendors to eliminate bureaucracy, create value, and inspire team-driven results. His in-depth knowledge of the trade and industry has positioned RPM as a unique construction firm deep-rooted in quality, honesty, long-term relationships, and uncompromising project completion.

In his spare time Ryan enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and fly fishing on western rivers.

 Robert McChesney

Robert McChesney

Director of Operations

Robert has worked “from the ground up” in the industry for over 20 years on commercial projects nationwide, where his strength in project scheduling, staff and trade managements and attention to detail has delivered concise, conscious results. He has the innate ability to troubleshoot unforeseeable, find alternatives, and control budget to provide a successful project across all scopes. Balancing cost, quality and timing has given Robert a trusted partnership with his clients, staff and subs. Strength and experience in contracts, RFIs, schedule mechanisms and estimating make seamless transitions from project bidding to project rollout and successful completion. Adaptability within each project gives structured resolve to even the most complicated builds. Robert has obtained the following certifications: USGBC LEED AP BD+C / US Army Corps of Engineers Contractor Quality Control Management / OSHA Construction Safety and Health Hazard Recognition and Prevention / OSHA 30-hour Construction Training /CDOT Erosion Sediment Control Best Management Practices.

In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and water-skiing.

Jeff has led multiple teams across several industries with a core focus on lean management, procurement, contracts, workflows, cost analytics and client/vendor relations. An entrepreneur from birth, Jeff has adapted his core strengths to operating, managing, and budgeting successful small to medium size businesses. When he’s not at the RPM helm, you can find him enjoying time with his daughter Luci and their dog Calla, cycling, frolfing and rooting for the Broncos and all Colorado sports teams, most likely with a small batch IPA in hand..

Jamie Morrissey

Director of Business Development

Jamie has 15+ years of experience in construction, with her expertise in, but not limited to, customer service, scheduling, communication, and support.  With the years of expertise retained in customer service she can effectively communicate in diverse situations.  Jamie is helping to expand the business into the Arizona market, by networking and finding our next great trade base through our current remodel in Scottsdale.  Jamie “J-mo” enjoys skiing, boating, wakeboarding, camping and managing the RPM music playlist.

Office Manager

Ms. Pomelia Bowers has spent 20 years in the design industry working directly with architects, engineers, and contractors as a project assistant. She served as Office Manager for a large engineering firm supervising ten project assistants and project manager for LEED upgrades to entire office space. She currently provides business development expertise, office management, and accounting for RPM Builders, Inc.

Lead Superintendent

Isaac started with RPM 3 years ago, this being his first time in the construction industry. Suffice to say he has grown and moved up the ladder quickly.  Starting as a parts runner to now as our Lead Superintendent, our Director of Operations right hand man.  He supervises all our projects, maintains relations with our trade base, guides our field team and conducts all quality assurance.  His job site presence is vital in keeping our projects running on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. In his spare time, he likes all outdoor activities CO has to offer, including skiing, hiking, climbing, and mountaineering.


Pomelia Bowers

Zach Andersson

Marketing Manager

Zach has diverse experience in social media outreach, marketing plans, developing and maintaining websites and contact with industry partners and media personnel. He utilizes his creative skillset to do digital graphic design, photography, and video production in order to promote products, events, and brand identity. .

Zach loves skiing, rafting, fly fishing, live concerts, and enjoying a cold brew, likely from a craft brewer he knows personally.

Chief Barketing Woofficer

While Kenna is new to the RPM family, she’s always working hard at keeping our project managers happy.  She has excellent tug-of-war and fetch skills that have been honed over years of practice.She’s good at fetching tools, assisting in lunch clean up, and napping.

We have worked hard in the Denver Metro Area since 2009 to be a trusted, reliable and preferred contractor.
