Rpm Builders has been busy in June working on multiple projects across the Denver metro area.
SENIOR LIVING PROJECTS:
We’re continuing to finish out the 1st floor of Balfour Senior Living’s facility in Louisville, CO. This project entails converting the rooms from double occupancy into single occupancy, as well as a change in the use of the facility from assisted living into a memory care. We’re adding new fixtures, new cabinetry, new drywall, new flooring, and fresh paint throughout the facility. Our plumbing crew is getting ready to install the updated bathroom fixtures. The hallways are being updated as well as the community gathering areas. We look forwards to seeing what the interior designers from Balfour have for final interior finishes, they always do a wonderful job in the Balfour communities.
Tenant Finish Projects:
Simultaneously we’ve been busy on a retail tenant finish in the south Littleton area. This location is transforming from a Colorado Driver’s license office into a Wine making and sales facility. Team RPM has been busy tearing out the high-use dated flooring and getting the slab ready for fresh new Luxury Vinyl Tile. New walls and fresh paint will be getting completed as the summer progresses. We’re relocating a large amount of electrical outlets/switches and installing all new plumbing in the vinting area. Tenant finishes are always a fun challenge as each business has unique needs that must be considered when making changes. With this facility we’ve been working with the owners and the relevant permitting agencies to make sure every aspect of this unique facility meets the requirements of an alcohol production and sales facility.
Lab / Industrial Projects
Finally, we’ve been working with a favorite industrial customer in the Denver Tech Center to transform an area of their large warehouse and production facility into a space for new high-tech machinery. This project involves removing offices, adding walls, integrating the new space into a high efficiency lab-grade HVAC system. This project, once complete, will allow the facility to be at the cutting edge of their unique and high tech industry. We’re proud to be their trusted contractor for all major construction projects.
