July has been a busy month at all of our current projects. We’ve been doing demolition work at some projects, framing at others, and installing finishing touches at others.

Commercial project work in Littleton has included demoing a former Driver’s License office to transform the space into a retail wine and fermenting space. We tore out old cabinetry, dilapidated tile flooring, and built in desks and electrical connections. Our team has been busy installing a new epoxy floor and framing new walls. We’ll soon begin getting the electrical changes started as well as the new plumbing and fixtures installed.

In.Arizona we’ve been busy getting our demolition permits in order and we are excited to show progress once the whole home remodel begins.

In addition to demolition, we’ve been busy at a senior living community transforming a whole floor from assisted living into a memory care unit. The individual units are being transformed from shared occupancy into single occupancy. Our drywall team has been busy repairing walls, coating new walls, and finishing the surfaces perfectly. We’re excited to announce that in late July we’ve begun installing new flooring throughout the whole floor plan.
