Project Overview
This home underwent a comprehensive remodel, encompassing various upgrades such as new flooring, new energy efficient windows and doors, complete renovations of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and interior/exterior amenities. Structural changes included both building and removing walls, alongside the installation of new HVAC systems. The integration of ‘smart home’ technology was implemented throughout, alongside fresh paint, upgraded fixtures, and the installation of top-of-the-line appliances, cabinetry, and flooring.
Closets were reimagined to optimize organization and maximize usable space. As a result of these renovations, the residence has been transformed into a stunning showcase, perfect for entertaining guests and embracing Arizona’s diverse seasons year-round.
