Reno of retro Vail condominium – Bringing modern features to this cozy ski chalet.

Condo Reimagined
- Replaced the 80s turquoise carpet with new LVT
- Original countertop had bar height seating, which was re-built to be all counter height with a waterfall edge with pop up outlets
- Stone backsplash
- New appliances
- Added dry bar
- Removed hall closet to build a larger bathroom, to allow for a stackable washer / dryer (which it did not have originally)
- Removed tub and made into full shower
- Opened up walls and added additional storage space
- Replaced interior doors/added barn doors
