Beau Jo's - DU

The Beau Jo’s team enlisted RPM Builders to bring this space in line with their needs and design vision. We engineered an additional kitchen on the north side of the unit, converting existing storage space. This involved coring through concrete and installing additional electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure their new walk-in and dishwashing space was seamlessly integrated with the existing kitchen.

The dining area underwent a transformation into a modern rustic space, reflecting a contemporary yet nostalgic ambiance reminiscent of Beau Jo’s flagship location in Idaho Springs. We incorporated wood features around the booths and ceiling, added steel X frames throughout, and clad the bar front and cabinets with LVT.

Columns, walls behind the bar, and seating areas were all clad with rustic-looking tile adorned by steel bar shelving.

In the dining room, we installed new rustic carpet inlaid in the center to uniquely break up the space
