We’ve been busy up in Evergreen working with the owners on their vision for a fresh look at this Beau Jo’s location. We started demolition of the previous space in the beginning of April. Within 1 week, we’ve gotten everything cleared out and the layout ready for a fresh now look, The restaurant will be brighter, more inviting, and will accommodate the same number of guests as before. The bar will have a fresh and inviting look with new finishes and. more space for guests. We look forward to getting this project completed in time for the community to enjoy Colorado Style pizza while watching Bear Creek pass by this summer.
