We’re just starting work on remodeling the ground floor of the Balfour Retirement Community in Louisville, CO. We’re doing full room remodels for 16 residences in one wing including cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, doors, etc… This facility will be changing to a memory care wing with new access control and security features. We can’t wait to see the progress. Scheduled to finish later in 2023
