TJs Sports Bar and Grill
TJs Sports Bar and Grill was a ground up build transforming an existing retail location into a foundation-expanded sports bar with a 1400sf patio. The interior was gutted, new underground brought in, new slab and foundations poured, new structural steel to expand the foundation, a CMU wall, a patio, new HVAC, new walls, new fire alarm and sprinkler, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a main dining area and lighting as well as a custom-built bar from our own team.
The transformation took approximately 9 months and despite the COVID shutdown, the bar opened in May 2020 after passing all final inspections on first try.
The project came in under-budget and all interior finish was self-performed by RPM Builders. The project was featured on the City of Lakewood’s community development social media and its proud new owners have been featured in 5280 Restaurants as well. Overall, we’re very proud of this project and look forward to future successes in the restaurant/retail space.
